Measurox ("we", "us") is operated by Deliberate Pty Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect when you use measurox.com and your free LinkedIn analytics report, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address - collected when you request a report.
• The LinkedIn export files you upload (content, visitors, followers and competitor data for your company page) and the company page name you enter.
• Basic website traffic data via Google Analytics (see below).

Why we collect it

• To generate and email you your LinkedIn analytics report.
• To send you occasional product updates by email - no more than once a month - which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in every email.
• To keep a history of your uploads so your report can show trends over time.
• To build anonymised, aggregated benchmark figures (for example, typical engagement rates or posting frequency) calculated across all Measurox users. These benchmarks never identify, name, or expose any individual company's data to other users.

Email list

Every email address we collect is added to our marketing email list so we can send you your report and occasional (no more than monthly) newsletter updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email we send, without affecting your ability to log in and view your report.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use measurox.com (e.g. page views and general traffic patterns). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies; IP addresses are anonymised. This is used purely to measure and improve our website - it is not linked to the LinkedIn data you upload for your report.

How long we keep data

We retain your account, uploaded data, and email address for as long as your account is active, so we can continue showing you your report and keep our anonymised benchmarks accurate. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your individual company report is only visible to you and to Measurox administrators. Only anonymised, aggregated figures derived from your data (never your company name or raw data) may be shown to other users as benchmarks.

Security

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted transport, secure password-free login links, and restricted administrative access.

The LinkedIn® name, trademark and logo are all property of LinkedIn Corporation and are used on this site for reference purposes only. Measurox is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.
